This policy explains what information Noni Sweets (nonisweets.com) collects when you use this site, how it's used, and who it's shared with. Noni Sweets is an independent delivery service reselling Noni and other local sweet shops' products — it is not the official website of, or affiliated with or authorized by, those brands.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address — that's all the checkout form asks for. We don't require an account, email, or password. If you add optional notes at checkout, those are collected too.
How we use it
Your order details are used only to fulfil that order: they're sent directly to the person operating this store (via a Slack notification) so your sweets can be prepared and delivered. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing messages you haven't asked for.
Payment information
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery. We do not collect, process, or store any card, bank, or mobile-wallet payment details on this site.
What's stored in your browser
Your cart and your most recent order confirmation are stored locally in your browser (localStorage/sessionStorage) so the site works without an account. This data stays on your device — we don't have separate access to it beyond the order details already sent to us when you checked out.
Analytics and cookies
Depending on configuration, this site may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and/or Vercel Analytics to understand anonymized site usage (pages viewed, general location, device type). These tools may set cookies. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and it's separate from the order details you submit at checkout.
Third parties we use
Slack (to receive and process your order), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and — if enabled — Google and Meta (analytics/advertising tools). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices for the data that passes through them.
Data retention and deletion
We keep order records only as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any related questions or complaints. To request deletion of your information, email us at the address below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults placing food delivery orders and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
